Pennsylvania students of the PA State System of Higher Education institutions (e.g. Bloomsburg, Shippensburg, West Chester) averaged $8,759 in 2012-2013, while state-related commonwealth universities (Penn State, Temple, Pitt, Lincoln) had an average of $13,416.
