130 participants attended the Penn State Institutional Research Group’s April 10 session on Better Supporting the Data Needs of Decision Makers – about one-third in person in 508 Rider Building, and the rest from multiple locations via Adobe Connect Pro. The panelists were Betty Harper (Student Affairs Research and Assessment), Kevin Snider (New Kensington), Tanya Furman (Office of Undergraduate Education)

The panelists talked about ways in which they use data to inform the kinds of decisions they make and offered suggestions on ways in which the university might improve how it makes data accessible. The discussion was followed by Q&A.
