Over one hundred participants attended the Penn State Institutional Research Group’s February 23, 2012 panel discussion on Data Utilization in Support of Adult Learners. Over seventy people attended via Adobe Connect, while the rest attended in person in 508 Rider Building. The panelists were: Martha Jordan, Director of Admission Services and Adult Learner Advocacy; Jennifer Moore, Market Research Manager; and Rachel Stover, Associate Director, Outreach Educational & Institutional Analytics.

The discussion helped the audience to understand some of the specific ways Penn State has utilized external and student data sources to better understand our adult learners, as well as their educational needs and preferences.blog.JPG
